Ondo governor visits Ose council area, unfolds development projects, acknowledges Information Commissioner, Ajanaku as asset

In continuation of his statewide tour, His Excellency, Dr Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa hits Ifon in Ose Local Government Area today to a rousing welcome by the people of the council.

In his address to delegates from all the 12 wards of Ose LGA, he reassured them that the neglect experienced in the recent past will soon be forgotten. He announced that interventions in terms of road infrastructure and investment are already in the pipeline ready for implementation.

 He specifically said that work will soon begin with 5km roads approved for all Commissioners in the State and on the Oba-Ikun-Afo –Idoani Road Phase 2.

He went further to inform the people of his approval for the establishment of a $42 million Ondo Agricultural City in Iju-Agbonrin/Ori-Ohin, in Ose Local Government Area of the state, by KONIG Agriculture Ltd.

This he said is a testament that Ondo State is an investment-friendly state and that Ose LGA will not be left behind in the industrialisation drive of the present administration.

He eulogized the Commissioner of Information and Orientation, Idowu Ajanaku as true son of the soil who has brought his invaluable experience to bear on the information management of the State.

He also promised that the Ifon traditional stool is receiving the deserved attention and that government would follow laid down order to ensure fairness and justice to all the ruling houses to ensure that the right thing is done soon.

Party leaders in the Local government and political appointees were on hand to receive the Governor in the colourful event that has further brought government closer to the grass root.
