A Federal High Court, Lagos, berated the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), popularly called Civil Defence Corps, for its failure and refusal to obey a court judgment. Supreme Court dismisses Ecobank’s appeal against Honeywell, awards N2.5m cost

Two men, Benjamin Ewa Emmanuel Ikechukwu, 32, and Anani Henry, 26, were today, arraigned before an Igbosere Chief Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, for stealing an armoured cable valued at N2, 565, 350 million, belonging to a real estate firm, Nicon Town Management Company Plc.
